| Rodges Redmond III is an Agent Advisor at Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW). Mr. Redmond III has completed all mentor work required by Dr. Lashbrook, Joel Corry and SMWW before making the transition to becoming a successful Agent Advisor with SMWW. As an Agent Advisor, he has been educated on agent regulations and player associations, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparations, marketing and recruiting. Mr. Redmond’s greatest strengths is his creativity, drive, attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to meet tight deadlines and great leadership skills. He thrives on challenges, has great communication skills and has an excellent knowledge of both basketball and football; alone with prior experience in coaching AAU basketball and grade school basketball. He enjoyed being a mentor to the young men he encountered alone the way particularly those that he impacted in a positive way. It is Mr. Redmond’s plan to build a long-lasting relationship and partnership with his client and their families to help them further their lives for many years to come. It is also his mission to help athletes accomplish their dreams of playing professional sports; as well as building for a life after sports. Education Mr. Redmond III holds a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University in Chicago IL, were he Graduated Magna Cum Laude in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management. He is also in the process of sitting for the CPA exam to obtain his CPA license. | |
