As a SMWW Agent Advisor, Harold Mena has successfully been mentored by Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and has met all the requirements of becoming a SMWW Agent Advisor. This includes agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting. Mena is a native of Ciego de Avila, Cuba. From an early age he began to show interest in the world of sports, he obtained results as an athlete that led him to enter a Sports Vocational school in his city. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Culture and the Sport at the University of Ciego de Avila Maximo Gomez Baez (UNICA). During his university years he was a member of the Scientific Council of Sports Intelligence of his University (UNICA)by mentor Dr. Rene Hernandez Mayans and worked as a Baseball coach in Children's categories, contributing to his professional preparation. His vision of improvement in the sports field continued his studies through the SMWW Baseball Agent Course with Oscar Suarez and Dr. Lynn Lashbrook. A motivated entrepreneur who is an expert in organization, relationship building and the production of results.
