2012: Porter's First season at ASU saw him play both defensive end and linebacker . . . Participated in12 games, including eight as a starter . . . Finished the year with 34 tackles ( 12 solo/22 assists), 5.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, two pass break-ups, one fumble recovery (Returned for 33 yards at Nebraska) and four forced fumbles . . . Ranked tied for first in the Sun Belt Conference in forced fumbles and led the league in fumbles forced per game (0.33 pg) . . . 5.5 tackles for loss tied the fourth most on the team and his 2.5 sacks were the second most . . . Recorded at least one tackle in all but one game played and posted multiple tackles in eight contests . . .
