Biography

Ryley Brotman was born and raised in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. Coming from an equipment management background, Ryley has gained experience in the CFL, NCAA, and MLB, including time with the Toronto Blue Jays. He has a strong passion for working with athletes and ensuring their needs are met both on and off the field.

As an athlete, Ryley has competed in the Canadian and World Transplant Olympic Games, participating in tennis, softball, track & field, bowling, and table tennis. His passion for football developed in high school, where he started as a water boy and later served as the equipment and team manager for his high school football program. This experience led him to a six-year tenure with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL and a summer internship with the University of Memphis football program in 2017. He has also worked with athletes through the after-school program Overtime Football.

In addition, Ryley spent time with the Toronto Blue Jays as a clubhouse assistant and ball boy from 2018 to 2019. He has completed his Athlete Management Certificate through Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) and is dedicated to mentoring athletes throughout their careers and personal lives, combining his hands-on experience with his passion for athlete development.
