Saila Rachelle is an innovative sports agent and proud member of the SMWW Agent Family. She holds a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, where she developed a strong foundation in industry principles and the legal aspects of entertainment and athlete representation.

In addition to her academic background, Saila has earned certifications from Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) representation under the mentorship of Greg Glynn, and in Salary Cap Negotiation under the guidance of Joel Corry.
