This includes Domestic Agent Regulations, Player Associations Legalities, Contract Negotiation, Endorsements, Sponsorships, Ethics, Collective Bargaining Agreement, Marketing and Recruiting. Philip-Michael Cross a native of Jacksonville Florida created a name for himself as an accomplished Director of corporate sales and marketing for AT&T, a Fortune 500 company. During his 10 year career at AT&T, Philip-Michael Cross forged a strong and long lasting relationship with Alisa Abbott, of the Jacksonville Jaguars. She became a mentor and guide while Philip-Michael explored his options of being a sports agent. Growing up, Philip-Michael was always blessed to be placed around affluent individuals such as, Maurice Williams, NFL offensive tackle for the Jaguars, Montell Owens and many more. Philip-Michael is a man of many talents, even screen writing and completing a script of his own life story. Philip-Michael is self-motivated, hard-working and exhibits strong integrity along with competence. Philip-Michael‘s dedication to build solid and devout connections, has given him opportunities to continually be progressive within attaining his goals.
