Perry Boler |
| Perry Boler III is the founder of Pro-File Sports Mentoring Company and Marketing Consultant for TeamUp Sports Consulting, both in Monroe, Louisiana. Perry most recently headed the marketing and obtained sponsorships for The Twin City Jazz, American Basketball Association (ABA) and assisted in game-day operations. Perry has also acquired his Athlete Management certification as a sports agent advisor with Sports Management Worldwide and was mentored by NFL Agent, Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, and NBA Agent Joel Corry. His training included: Athlete Management, Agent Regulations, player associated legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, collective bargaining regulation, draft preparation, and marketing and recruiting. A native of Chicago, Illinois, and now a resident of Monroe, Louisiana, Perry has obtained a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Western Carolina University and a Master’s degree in Sports Administration from Grambling State University. Perry also completed his Internship of working with the entire athletic department and compliance departments at the University of Louisiana-Monroe. Perry has shown that he has a capacity to absorb and use the information to make great decisions for his associates and his staff and he has shown the willingness to stand firm on decisions that do not benefit his peers or associates. Perry has served in leadership capacities in the business sector of his career as well as leading various team members as a college student and mentoring student-athletes with his mentoring company. Perry’s career in various businesses has afforded him to concentrate and exceed in managing individuals, learn to negotiate and understand how business actually translates to serving our athletes at a professional level. Perry is an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated and relishes the opportunity to mentor our youth in making life decisions as well as decisions concerning the sport. Perry strongly believes that in order to seize any opportunity, “you must prepare yourself in a persistent and consistent manner and sometimes make sacrifices that will deny instant gratification to achieve your goal whether in life or in sport”. | |
