Leotora Watson enjoys being purposeful and she loves helping people. Leotora is family orientated, and a born native of Texarkana USA. She is married and has two loving children. Leotora was Raised in Texarkana, Texas, and graduated High- School with Liberty Eylau ISD. Leotora attended college with the University of Arkansas at PineBluff obtaining her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and Real Estate. Leotora also made 2004 “National Dean’s List:” One of the highest academic honors that can be bestowed on college students. That's only ½ of 1% of America nation’s college students receive this award. Leotora received her master’s with the University of Phoenix, in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management.
