John is the founder, CEO & Principal player agent for GHG Sports. He is an NFLPA & CFLPA Certified contract advisor and is passionate about representing, mentoring, and partnering with each client in obtaining their dream of becoming professional athletes.
After graduating from Howard University (HBCU) in Washington, DC. in 1997 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Accounting. John began working for various Fortune 500 companies as a tax professional for nearly 13 years and currently works as Senior Tax Auditor for the District of Columbia Office of Tax & Revenue local government.
John has obtained a Master of Science degrees in Information Technology & Accounting from the University of Maryland University Global and Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
He entered the sports industry by attending Sports Management Worldwide agent advisor program and was an Agent Advisor from 2007 through 2012. John has represented several clients in the NFL and CFL after forming GHG Sports in 2012.
Not forgetting his roots in the sports industry is now apart of Sport Management Worldwide’s Agent Affiliate program hoping to land his first draft prospect.
