John F. Kwateng Jr. is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record in business management, organizational development, and strategic leadership. He is the Founder of Lilleshall Soccer Academy USA, a youth development program that integrates professional-level soccer training with financial literacy, etiquette, and mentorship for students from underserved communities. Under his direction, the academy established a strategic partnership with Real Betis Balompié of Spain’s La Liga, expanding its international training and development platform.

John serves as the Chief Operations Officer for ITcore Talent Development Initiative, an electronic recycling and workforce development organization that provides sustainable technology solutions to clients including the Sports Exhibition Authority and Allegheny County. His professional portfolio also includes founding and leading JFK Commercial Cleaning LLC and the John F. Kwateng Farmers Insurance Agency.

He is the founder of the Union of African Communities in Southwestern PA and the African Chamber of Commerce Western PA, two organizations focused on strengthening economic, cultural, and community engagement for African immigrants and businesses in the region. In addition, he leads Executive Decisions Consulting Group, a consulting and networking firm specializing in business startups, sports consulting, insurance, and accounting advisory services.

John’s academic background includes studies in Accounting at the Community College of Allegheny County and Robert Morris University, Charteroak University for Business Management and professional training in Property & Casualty, Life & Health at Kaplan University.
