Jeff Murrells, his wife, and their son, Ryan, who is a Rugby player himself, moved to Ireland 13 years ago due to a promotion at his work Safety Kleen, where he was the manager of both Northern and Southern Ireland. Up and till his redundancy in 2010, he built up over several key accounts, including Bombardier Aerospace from £35,000 a year to £300,000 over three years and a major coach builder from £1,000 a year to £10,000 a year. Currently, Jeff is working for a company called Fuel Additive Science Technology as the Ireland Sales manager, covering all of Ireland. Jeff earned his diploma in Managing People & SMES at the National College of Ireland. He completed both the Athlete Management course and the Soccer Management course with SMWW. Jeff also has his Rugby-Basic Foundation and Rugby-Level One certifications. He has also coached the Navan RFC Ireland Rugby team for 11 years. Jeff left school at 16 and joined the Army, Royal Signals. In the army, he represented his unit in rugby, soccer, basketball, boxing, hockey and running. Upon leaving the army, Jeff moved to Jersey in the Channel Islands, where he played soccer for one of the Island teams.  He earned his diploma in Managing People & SMES at the National College of Ireland, and completed both the Athlete Management and the Soccer Management course with SMWW. Jeff also has his Rugby-Basic Foundation and Rugby-Level One certifications. As well, has coached the Navan RFC Ireland Rugby team for 11 years.
