Hai Pham joins the Sport Management Worldwide Team as an Agent Advisor under the mentorship of NFL agent, Dr. Lynn Lashbrook, and NBA agent Joel Corry. He has met all the requirements of the SMWW Athlete Management course upon his graduation.

Hai will serve as your primary contact for everything from financial advisory assistance to addressing your lifestyle needs as he works closely with the SMWW Team off the field, so you can focus on it.

Hai recently retired in February 2024 as a Major in the US Army serving as an intelligence officer at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. A first-generation immigrant, Hai enlisted in the United States Army as a military cook in 1996 and earned his commission to 2nd Lieutenant in 2007. Hai held a multitude of positions with various levels of responsibilities and authority throughout his 28 year military career. Hai served two combat deployments to Iraq in 2005 & 2010. Most recently, Hai held the distinguished position of US Army Liaison Officer to the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. During his time as a commander, Hai mentored and took responsibility for 125 U.S. Army Soldiers. Throughout his military career, Hai embraced a style of active leadership and patience along with persistence to achieve results.

Hai was recently a member of Team Army at the 2022 Warrior Games in Orlando, FL. His events were cycling, sitting volleyball, wheelchair rugby, and rowing. Hai served as the varsity badminton head coach for Cypress High School, Cypress, CA for 18 years.

He attended California State University – Fullerton and majored in Kinesiology and minored in Business Administration class of 2009.
