Dr. Ernest E. Cutler Jr. is a seasoned leader, mentor, and advocate who blends athletic,
military, and intelligence expertise into the field of sports representation. Born in
Whiteville, North Carolina, and now based in Frisco, Texas, Ernest brings over 20 years
of experience in defense logistics, procurement, and intelligence analysis, alongside a
deep background in athletics and player development.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Ernest served with distinction, directing logistics and procurement
operations that ensured readiness for thousands of service members and multiple
aircraft squadrons. His military career sharpened his skills in negotiation, resource
management, and operational planning. Transitioning into the civilian sector, Ernest
continued this trajectory as a Senior Financial Crimes Intelligence Analyst with the U.S.
Department of the Treasury, where he holds a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph. In
this role, he specializes in financial intelligence, fraud prevention, and strategic risk
mitigation.

Alongside his military and intelligence career, Ernest has consistently invested in athlete
development. As a former coach, program director, and co-founder of South Texas Elite
Football Academy and STEALTH Sports LLC, he prepared athletes for competition at
the highest levels across Florida, California, and Texas. He also served as Team
Director for the FBU National Championship, working directly with elite youth athletes as
they advanced toward collegiate and professional opportunities.

In September 2025, Ernest completed his Athlete Management Certification through
Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW), marking his entry into the world of sports
agency representation. He also authored Why Are Student Athletes Funding Your
Future? No More Excuses: Pay Me!—a powerful call for Name, Image, and Likeness
compensation in college athletics. His mission is to deliver integrity-driven
representation, helping athletes achieve success on the field while preparing them for
meaningful lives beyond their playing careers.
