This includes agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing and recruiting. He is well adept at preparing you for your sports career. He will do whatever possible to represent your interests and help you achieve your goals as not only a sports professional, but your life after sports as well.

Michael Rivera has been involved in sports and has had a huge passion for them since he was a kid. His favorite sport is Baseball, which he coached youth baseball for around 4 years and his daughters’ softball teams for another 8 years. He has coached and played softball in his community for the last 25 years managing his own team. He now is looking to take his passion for baseball and evaluating talent to the next level by becoming an agent advisor with Sports Management World Wide.

Michael has 25 years of experience navigating the business world and understanding what it takes to succeed. He has worked with customers world-wide responsible for as much as $900 million in contracts. Has helped negotiate and manage those contracts and ensure customer satisfaction. He will take that experience and apply it on his client’s behalf. Michael will take care of all your needs as a professional athlete and then some. He realizes he works for you and will be available at all times.
