Martinus D. Rolle has worked in consumer debt relief negotiations, amateur and the pro-sports industry for nearly 15 years.

Growing up in the small town of Pompano Beach, FL which has produced 13 and counting NFL players such notables include: SuperBowl Champion Tyrone Carter (Steelers), Patrick Peterson (Vikings), Lamar Jackson (Ravens), Rashad Robinson (49ers), Clint Session (Colts), Al Harris (Packers), Corris Ervin (Cowboys and CFL Tigercats), Donnell Bennett (Cheifs), Pro-Bowler Jerome McDougle (Eagles), Pro-Bowler Stockar McDougle (Lions), Henry Crockett (Falcons), Zach Crockett (Raiders). Martinus decided to become an intricate part of his towns rich NFL legacy by pursuing his studies at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, FL in sports management.

Martinus held his internship at the largest youth sports organization in the country, AAU Amateur Athletic Union headquarters in Orlando, FL as head of event operations with an emphasis on registration and events held within the Disney Wide World of Sports Complex facilitating events in basketball, volleyball, track & field and wrestling.

Since that time Martinus has completed the Athlete Management course in 2011 and works as a Sports Agent Advisor through Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) in Portland Oregon. Upon moonlighting in the sports industry, Martinus worked closely within the GDFL Gridiron Developmental Football League in Tampa, FL, and helped facilitate the signing of Lashawn Henderson CB to the Tampa Bay Tornadoes of the National Arena League.

Martinus D. Rolle continues to show that he is well versed in negotiations, player development and marketing in which many who know him expect Martinus to become the next “powerhouse” agent. As a devout Christian, Martinus believes in accountability, strong business ethics, and having a strong moral-compass when working with his clients and conducting business.

Martinus serves as founder and president of Brutha 2 Brutha Mentoring a non-profit organization that mentors boys ages 8-18 and continues serving as a youth pastor in the South Florida area.
