Mark Wilson is a dedicated SMWW Agent Advisor based in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was born and currently resides. Since becoming a certified Agent Advisor in 2008, Mark has been mentored by Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and has met all the professional requirements set forth by Sports Management Worldwide. His training includes expertise in agent relations, player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting.

Mark’s mission is to maximize his clients’ value both on and off the field. He takes a fully integrated approach—focusing on wealth management, personal life, career development, and post-career planning—to simplify and enhance the lives of the athletes he represents. As a trusted advisor, he strives to be the primary point of contact for every aspect of a client's professional journey.

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and contract negotiation, Mark brings a diverse skill set and strategic mindset to every client relationship. His success in building and growing three S-Corporations, coupled with his years of service in the United States Army, reflects his discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence.

Mark’s lifelong passion for sports fuels his desire to help athletes achieve their dreams of playing professionally. To support this mission, he has cultivated an extensive network of team owners, managers, coaches, scouts, and industry professionals across multiple levels of sport.

He is also the Founder of MW Sports and Investment Group, an organization he launched to support athletes beyond the field—offering guidance in personal branding, financial management, investment planning, and tax services. Mark believes that no athlete should face financial hardship and leverages his background in financial services to help prevent it. He is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, further expanding his ability to assist clients with long-term financial stability.
