Leotora Watson enjoys being purposeful and she loves helping people. Leotora is family orientated, and a born native of Texarkana USA. She is married and has two loving children. Leotora was Raised in Texarkana, Texas, and graduated High- School with Liberty Eylau ISD. Leotora attended college with the University of Arkansas at PineBluff obtaining her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and Real Estate. Leotora also made 2004 “National Dean’s List:” One of the highest academic honors that can be bestowed on college students. The only ½ of 1% of America nation’s college students receive this award. Leotora was also Recognized by The Director of International Mission in 2005 for an exemplary academic record, outstanding leadership potential, & above all, Leotora interest in becoming an active citizen of the world.

Leotora received her master’s with the University of Phoenix, in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management. She was chosen for the 2013 Universal Who's Who Registry of International Business Leaders; this is an elite publication that acknowledges people for their individual achievements and their positive contributions in their own organization or industry. Recognizing the world's most elite professionals from every significant field of endeavor. Leotora has been in the forefront of multimillion-dollar businesses and has helped organizations in the advancement of global business success.

Leotora is also an author, consultant, global speaker, inventor, innovator, sports agent advisor, and a multi-business owner. She has one charity. Torah’s Education Foundation. This charity seeks to help individuals attending college for the first time regardless of age. Including high-school students taking college courses. Tora's Education Foundation also offers 5 Scholarships.

As the author of “A Read to Remember”. Leotora has been included in the National Data Base for esteemed Authors. She also has been invited to the LA Times Book Festival and book signing with branding agencies. Since 1996, The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books has become a world-renowned experience gathering writers, poets, artists, filmmakers, musicians, and emerging storytellers like no other. Today over 150,000 people attend, making it the largest festival of its kind in the United States.

As an athlete and sports agent advisor, Leotora works with and is mentored by NFL Agent, Dr. Lynn Lashbrook & NBA Agent Joel Corry. Dr. Lynn Lashbrook is the President & Founder of Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW). He has personally represented over 125 NFL clients including first-rounders including 12-year NFL QB Matt Moore and former Vikings QB Kyle Sloter.

As an entrepreneur and Consultant, Leotora is the founder and owner of GMBA Consulting LLC: Where Global Business Partner and Prosper. In 2015, Leotora started an intern with TXK Department of Planning & Community Development. The Department of Planning & Community Development implements a variety of programs to assist in the development of the City's economic future and foster a better quality of life. These programs encompass comprehensive planning, zoning administration, physical revitalization of targeted areas, retaining and attracting businesses to Texarkana, creating new residential opportunities, revitalization of neighborhoods and job training opportunities.
