Biography

Leotora Watson Robinson loves being purposeful and enjoys helping people. Leotora is family-oriented and a native of Texarkana, USA. She is married with two young children.

Raised in Texarkana, Texas, Leotora graduated high school from Liberty-Eylau ISD. She attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Real Estate. In 2004, she was named to the National Dean’s List, one of the highest academic honors awarded to college students—an honor given to only 0.5% of the nation's student population. In 2005, she was recognized by the Director of International Mission for her exemplary academic record, outstanding leadership potential, and her strong interest in becoming an active citizen of the world.

Leotora went on to earn one of her master’s degrees from the University of Phoenix, focusing on Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management. Over the years, she has been at the forefront of multimillion-dollar business ventures and has played a key role in helping organizations achieve global business success.

In addition to her corporate accomplishments, Leotora is an author, consultant, global speaker, inventor, innovator, sports agent advisor, and multi-business owner. She also founded Torah’s Education Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping first-time college students of all ages. The foundation currently offers five scholarships.

As an author of A Read to Remember and Want to Patent That?, Leotora has been included in the National Database for Esteemed Authors and has been invited to the LA Times Book Festival and book signings hosted by leading branding agencies.

In the sports world, Leotora is an athlete and sports agent advisor, mentored by NFL agent Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and NBA agent Joel Corry. Dr. Lashbrook is the President and Founder of Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW) and has represented over 125 NFL clients, including first-round draft picks and long-time professionals like 12-year NFL QB Matt Moore and former Vikings QB Kyle Sloter.

As an entrepreneur and consultant, Leotora offers strategic partnerships and services to investors, businesses, and organizations in areas such as deal-making, technology innovation, tourism, real estate, and green energy. Her consulting expertise spans administration, strategic business planning, provisional and utility patents, NIL management, conflict resolution, executive leadership, and business growth strategies.

She is also a Global Luxury Fashion Designer and Entertainment Business Administrative Executive, with collaborative experience in project and conflict management, national and international event planning, construction development, and public relations. A positive and self-motivated leader, she leverages her strengths and resources to promote creativity and consistent progress.

In 2015, Leotora created an internship program with the Texarkana Department of Planning & Community Development, which leads initiatives to enhance the city's economic future and overall quality of life. These programs focus on comprehensive planning, zoning, neighborhood revitalization, job training, and residential development.

In 2019, Leotora became an Entertainment Executive Director for Blues Fool She also serves as Sports and Leadership Director for the Gifts and Talents Career Fund In 2023, she was chosen as an International Luxury Shoe and Accessory Designer through AliveShoes.

Most recently, in 2025, Leotora’s innovation was honored on the global stage at the Silicon Valley International Invention Festival (SVIIF), where her invention received both a Medal and Diploma of International Accreditation, a symbol of resilience, ingenuity, and possibility.
