This includes agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing and recruiting. Kevin is well adept at preparing you for your sports career and has the ambition to attain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for a successful professional athlete. He will do whatever possible to represent your interests and help you achieve your goals as not only a sports professional, but also your life after sports as well. Kevin takes a fully integrated approach to his clients’ wealth, personal life, career and post-career challenges with the goal to simplify and enhance your life. Kevin Martin is originally from Chicago, Ill., raised in Milwaukee, WI, and currently residing in Dallas, TX. Kevin studied Journalism and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater where he also competed for the Men’s Basketball team, as well as participated in the Advertising Society and Black Student Union. Earning back-to-back championships during his career there has allowed him to understand the necessary skill level and commitment it takes to excel at a competitive playing level. Currently in Kevin’s career, he is a major account executive for a Fortune 500 Multi Media company in the Dallas area “where we give you all the best!” Kevin completed the Athlete Management Certification from Sports Management Worldwide in 2010. Kevin joined Sports Management Worldwide for a few reasons. First and foremost, he believes in the Company’s vision to evolve the sports agent industry without ever compromising our integrity or that of the clients. Also, Kevin’s goal is not only to provide excellent representation to all his clients but to also make a positive impact on the lives of his clients and the industry as a whole. He will be a strong advocate for all his clients guided by integrity, due diligence, trust, determination and loyalty. He has a strong passion and desire to assist clients with fulfilling their lifelong dreams and attaining the ultimate goal. His career has been dedicated to helping people both personally and professionally by enabling their success. He has extensive experience combining all areas of sales, marketing and business operations. Kevin has consistent success building competitive sales organizations and developing winning go to market strategies to generate top line growth.

Kevin currently maintains a position with a Fortune 500 technology leader in sales with expertise in sales, revenue assurance, marketing communications, strategic business planning, new business development,  startups, and complex project management. He has extensive experience in telecom, IT, and Cable MSO supporting 32,000 Commercial and 170,000 active MDU subscribers. He brings strong solution-oriented creativity to designing, developing and implementing solutions that improve business performance. Kevin has solved complex organizational problems and generated turnarounds in business performance.
