Mission Statement
Eli will promote his athletes by using all Certified Agent or Director, all SMWW tools and online tools and ressources.

Eli will negotiate employment contracts for the players he represents and make sure that contracts meet legal guidelines and are presented to clubs and organizations in the correct format and terms as required by the governing bodies FA, FIFA... or other bodies NFLPA, MLBPA, NBAPA, NHLPA, FIBA, CFLPA, …
As an agent, he would talk with team owners, managers and coaches to find his client the best fit (right match) and the best deal.

He might also scout for new and talented athletes and players at sports matches and events; manage his client’s career in terms of marketing and endorsement activities; handle their public relations matters and their finances, such as investments and taxes as long as he has the skills required; find opportunities with organizations for athletes and players that are suitable for their age, level of ability and salary expectations; represents his clients if there is a dispute between them and the organization that employs them; handle contract and salary packages; support his clients during times of personal difficulty, loss of form or when they're feeling under pressure.
As a Sport Agent adviser has: an excellent communication and negotiation skills; a strong interest in soccer industry (games, regulations); the ability to make friends quickly and is comfortable working closely with his clients; a good understanding of how sports contracts work; an understanding of marketing and promotion techniques; a knowledge of how transfers are made; a knowledge about finance, laws (sports, media, employment act, labor, civil) and business management and a passion of sports with the willingness to work flexibly and be available at all times.
