Breon Jemall Christmas, Jr. is a native of Norfolk, Virginia, and presently resides in Chesapeake Virginia. He attended Radford University, Radford, Virginia where he earned his BBA in Business Management and minored in Communications. His post graduate studies include his Sports Agent Advisor Certification in Athlete Management from Sports Management Worldwide (SMWW). He was mentored by Dr. G. Lynn Lashbrook and Mr. Joel Cory in Academic Knowledge, Field Research, Agent Regulations, Player Association Legalities, Contract Negotiation, Endorsements, Sponsorships, Ethics, Marketing, Collective Bargaining Agreements, Sponsorship Management, Draft Preparation, NBA Scouting, Recruiting and Evaluation. He also acquired insight into the Player Personnel Management and Athlete Management Programs, where he acquired the general management insight and knowledge necessary to successfully represent athletes in the NBA.

Mr. Christmas is presently employed as a Financial Account Manager for Chartway Federal Credit Union. He supports his company by ensuring the financial success of their clients while upholding a high level of professionalism with every interaction. His role requires him to collaborate and cross train with others to enhance professional growth and development for everyone. He’s very personable and charismatic, which helps to maintain lasting relationships and promote leadership excellence.

Breon is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity since Spring 2017. He served as the Keeper of Records as well as facilitated various programs to support community outreach initiatives and charitable activities for youths, the homeless and senior citizens.

Mr. Christmas’ education and sport agent certification, coupled with his personality and experience in organizing events and team management equips him to skillfully engage athletes and prepare them for successful professional careers. Breon understands that an inclusive team approach is imperative to the success of the advisor/client relationship and work life balance. He deliberates with his clients about wealth building, career goals, personal goals, post-career goals and accomplishments. Breon serves as the exclusive contact for all client needs as he works diligently with his management team to ensure their success.
