Bracton Abella is a third-year college student at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business studying Sports Management. After completing Sports Management Worldwide’s Hockey Agent course in December of 2022, Bracton has met all the requirements of becoming an SMWW Agent Advisor. Through his time at SMWW in taking the Hockey Agent, as well as Hockey GM and Scouting courses, Bracton has been mentored by NHLPA Agent Rick Curran, Dr. Lynn Lashbrook of SMWW, former NHL General Manager Harry Sinden, and Peterborough Petes General Manager Mike Oke.

In addition to his work at SMWW, Bracton is the founder and editor of hockeyfreeforall.com, an analytics website dedicated to the proper evaluation of NHL players, coaches, general managers, and prospects through a mistake minimization aspect. Bracton has developed a predictive analytic called the AB score, which he uses to identify potentially underrated or undervalued talent. Bracton worked for the SUNY Cortland Red Dragons Men’s Hockey program under Coach Joe Cardarelli as a video analyst, and generated reports based on his analytics for the coaching staff. In doing this, Bracton acquired the necessary industry experience needed in his Agent Advisory pursuits. Bracton is devoted to helping his clients reach their hockey dreams, as well as their overall life goals.
