Alton Frazier

Alton Frazier was born in Osceola, Arkansas where he graduated from high school in 1993 as a student-athlete earning multiple scholarship offers in basketball and football. He attempted his football career at the University of Texas Austin in 1994 for one year, after joining the Army in 1995. While serving the military he served at the Joint Security Area in Korea 1999 as an infantryman but trained in many fields: Multichannel SystemOperator, Civil Operations, Resiliency Trainer Assistant, officer candidate school, and a Joint Counter Narco-Terrorist for troubled youth specialist. In2013 he joined the Arizona Airforce National Guard as a contracts specialist while going to college where he finished a BA in Business Management fromWayland Baptist University in 2015. In 2019, he retired from the military with20 years of service, and currently works as an Integrated Program ManagementAssistant for one of the largest missile companies in America, Raytheon Technologies. He has been mentored and coached by NFL Agent Dr. LynnLashbrook and NBA and NFL Agent Joel Corry of Sports Management Worldwide. His key strengths are loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, honesty, and respect in everything we do. Alton is dedicated to employing his strengths in helping athletes pursue their dreams on and off the field for long-lasting success and relationships through results. He also serves as a hurdler coach for Cienega High School in Vail, AZ from 2013 till present, engineering data analyst breaking down technical film when needed for his organization, and owner of Val Viper Track Club.
