Biography

Alex Van Dyke is a former American professional football wide receiver who played five seasons in the NFL with the New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles from 1996 to 2000, following a standout collegiate career at the University of Nevada. A two-time All-American, Van Dyke set NCAA records at Nevada for both receptions and receiving yards, achievements that led to his selection by the Jets in the second round of the 1996 NFL Draft.

Following his NFL career, Van Dyke transitioned into athlete development, founding and operating Going Vertical, an athletic training facility based in Sacramento, California. His passion for performance training and mentorship has continued to impact young athletes well beyond his playing days.
