Adam L. Spencer: Pacific SGE 1976 CEO, Agent Advisor Sports Management Worldwide A US Army Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) with more than 17 years of successful experience in the Signal Corps, Security Operations, and Retention Adam Spencer has a proven ability to foster relationships with seniors, peers, subordinates, and International counterparts alike. Adam believes that people make connections not unauthentic performances. Athletes and sporting events looking for promotions are not just looking for a set of qualifications that match a job description. To ensure a complete match, Adam’s intent is to connect personally and find out who the athlete is and what they are looking for as a person. Adam is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally and socially. His vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success.

Adam began his military career in 1998, having lived abroad in Europe for 11 of those years. He has deployed three times, to Iraq twice and to Afghanistan once. He is versed in negotiating with foreign organizations as well as briefing high level military staff. Having been an NCO for 14 years, Adam understands what it takes to lead and developed a style that is endearing to those under his guide. Adam spent five years as a Retention NCO, supporting soldiers who desire to stay in the military, while ensuring their new enlistment contracts meet their needs and the needs of their families.

In 2013, Adam began developing a plan to start Pacific Sports Group Enterprises 1976 (Pacific SGE 1976), a Sports Management and Sporting Event Promotion organization. He has successfully completed Athlete Management Course with Sports Management Worldwide and works as an Agent Advisor for them.
