Tim Cranston, President of Cranston Sports Management and NHL certified agent has at one time trained or represented such hockey stars as Sidney Crosby (Pittsburg), Marek Svatos (Colorado), Petr Vrana (New Jersey), Ole-Kristian Tollefesen (Columbus), Jonathan Boutin (Tampa Bay), Kevin Cormier (Phoenix), Jan Steber (Toronto), and David Kuchejda (Chicago).

Tim has an extensive Sports and Entertainment legal background working for companies such as McInnes Cooper, (the largest law firm in Atlantic Canada), and International Sports Management in Manchester, England.

As a hockey agent and sports and entertainment attorney, Tim has negotiated with major sport manufacturers including Nike, Mizuno, Penn, and Adidas. Tim is a founding Chairman and legal advisor to the British Ice Hockey Player’s Association representing hundreds of players from North America and Europe. Barry Madigan
Hockey Consultant

Barry Madigan, SMWW’s Director of Hockey, has numerous years of experience spanning the globe as a player, coach, trainer, general manager, consultant, and certified agent. He has experience in every facet of hockey; be it juniors, high school, prep schools, college, international or professional. Most recently, Barry, with his wife Sharon, founded Madigan Goaltending Consultants which runs hockey goalie training camps. Sharon has professional experience on the ice as a power skating instructor in Canada and the US. Madigan Goaltending Consultants is quoted to be one of the best goalie training programs in North America. They have clientele playing in the NHL, Juniors and Division 1 schools. In addition, he is the VP of Marketing & Procurement for the NWHL in Canada and the former General Manager-of Ottawa Raiders of the National Women's Hockey League.

Barry’s extensive hockey background includes working with professional hockey including; Ice Hockey UK, English Ice Hockey, American Hockey League, Ice Hockey International, East Coast Hockey League, Canadian Hockey League, the Australia nationals and of course the NHL. His hockey training videos, lectures and seminars, coaching clinics, and developmental tools have been used in several countries.

Barry has also been involved at the collegiate level. His BA is in Sports Administration is from Almeda University. He has coached or run clinics at several universities, including Maine University, Clarkson University, Potsdam State University, and Universities Canada.

Throughout his hockey career, Barry has been on both sides of negotiating contracts with teams. He has represented hockey players as their agent, and at other times in his career, he has been in the Front Office. Barry even worked with Gary Lovegrove in the NHL head office in regards to players contracts. When it comes to contract negotiation, Barry Madigan is a valuable commodity.

Barry and Sharon reside in Ontario, Canada. Barry is a certified Hockey Agent with the AHL and ECHL.

Dr. G. Lynn Lashbrook, President of SMWW and Head of SMWW's agency, has been a certified agent with the NFL for over 10 years. During his tenure as an agent, Dr. Lashbrook has represented 20 NFL players. Dr. Lashbrook worked for SMG, which is now SFX Football, for 5 years. Dr. Lashbrook was mentored on the agent business by current SFX president Jim Steiner.

In the past five years, Dr. Lashbrook has been teaching people how to break into the sports agent business. He has also played a major role in trying to bring Major League Baseball to Portland.

Dr. Lashbrook has also been working and teaching in Sports Management for over 30 years and has served at the collegiate level as an athletic academic advisor and athletic director. Internationally, he has served as a lecturer or presenter in China, Russia, England, Mexico, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Aruba.

Fred Schreyer serves on the board of directors for SMWW and is also involved with SMWW's elite athlete endorsement negotiation. Mr. Schreyer has had a long and prestigious career in the world of sports representation. Most recently, Mr. Schreyer played a major role in securing and negotiating the ground breaking endorsement agreements that basketball sensation LeBron James signed with Nike, Inc. and The Upper Deck Company. Mr. Schreyer has over 23 years in the sports industry including Director of Sports Marketing at Nike from 1987-1992 and the founder of Nike's Sports Management division in 1992.

Mr. Schreyer was a partner in the law firm of Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman in Beverly Hills from 1979-1987 before moving on to his seven-year career at Nike. Most recently, he was the Founding Partner and Owner of Pyramid Sports in which he served as a consultant to many of the leading companies in the sports business (Logo Athletic, Met-Rx, adidas and Arizona State University) and represented athletes in a variety of sports (Troy Aikman, Jason Williams, Gary Payton, Richard Jefferson, Natalie Williams and Tiffeny Milbrett).

Mr. Schreyer received a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and received his J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.

Mr. Schreyer is currently the Commissioner of the Professional Bowlers Association, where he has played a prominent role in leading that sports organization to strong ratings and sponsor growth over the last two years.
