Elliot WashingtonElliot Washington – SMWW Basketball Senior Manager – Florida, USA

An experienced sports agent for over ten years and now licensed with the NBAPA, Elliot is a past member with The Sports Lawyers and Entertainment Association, a member of the National Association of Black Coaches and the first minority sports agent in Manatee County. Elliot brings SMWW clients a wealth of basketball knowledge and experience from a coaching and player perspective. Elliot played at the University of Alabama as a point guard, where he garnered the name "The Shot Doctor" for his last second heroic shots made during his career. He played along with five NBA 1st round draft picks at the University of Alabama; Robert Horry, Latrell Sprewell, James Robinson, Jason Caffey, and Roy Rogers. Elliot is appreciated by SMWW clients for his honesty and trust; making sure that each client has a realistic approach to their career. A former player and coach, Elliot will exhaust all avenues to ensure the player can focus on his or her career!


KC CalleroKC Callero, Director of Overseas Basketball - Valencia, Spain

After playing college basketball, KC played and coached internationally before becoming an agent in 1998. Having played the game at a high level, coached overseas and watched the European market first hand for years, KC is among the most qualified agents in Europe. His background allows him to understand the needs of young players, while also applying the criteria a professional coach uses to evaluate talent to promote his players to overseas teams. With an in-depth understanding of each individual league overseas, KC has become a guru of identifying the right situation for each player and understanding their true value.

Fred Schreyer Fred Schreyer serves on the board of directors for SMWW and is also involved with SMWW's elite athlete endorsement negotiation. Mr. Schreyer has had a long and prestigious career in the world of sports representation. Most recently, Mr. Schreyer played a major role in securing and negotiating the ground breaking endorsement agreements that basketball sensation LeBron James signed with Nike, Inc. and The Upper Deck Company. Mr. Schreyer has over 23 years in the sports industry including Director of Sports Marketing at Nike from 1987-1992 and the founder of Nike's Sports Management division in 1992.

Mr. Schreyer was a partner in the law firm of Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman in Beverly Hills from 1979-1987 before moving on to his seven-year career at Nike. Most recently, he was the Founding Partner and Owner of Pyramid Sports in which he served as a consultant to many of the leading companies in the sports business (Logo Athletic, Met-Rx, adidas and Arizona State University) and represented athletes in a variety of sports (Troy Aikman, Jason Williams, Gary Payton, Richard Jefferson, Natalie Williams and Tiffeny Milbrett).

Mr. Schreyer received a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and received his J.D. degree from UCLA School of Law. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.

Mr. Schreyer is currently the Commissioner of the Professional Bowlers Association, where he has played a prominent role in leading that sports organization to strong ratings and sponsor growth.
