Professional Biography:

Lewis (6-2, 260, Adrian College) ranks second in Arena Football League history with 56 career sacks. He is the AFL’s active career sack leader and earned first or second team All-Arena honors four consecutive times from 2011-14. As a member of the Las Vegas Outlaws in 2015, he tied for seventh in the AFL with 9.5 sacks while totaling 28.5 tackles with 10.5 stops for loss, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and one pass breakup.

Lewis is certanly no stranger to the Arena Football League based on the dominance he has possessed during his career. Lewis spent his rookie career with Iowa Barnstormers in 2010 where he recorded 15 tackles and 2.5 sacks. He spent 2011 and 2012 seasons with Utah Blaze where he was named to the All Arena League second team in 2011 and first team in 2012. Over that time period, Lewis compiled 64.5 tackles, 23 sacks and 9 force fumbles. MOre importantly, he led his team to back to back 12 win seasons.

In 2013, Lewis led his current team, Iowa Barnstormers in 12.5 sacks and was second leader in sacks within the Arena Football League. Lewis was named "Riddell Defensive Player" of the game in week 11 and nominated 2013 Team MVP award. Lewis was also nominated for the 3rd consecutive season the the All Arena League Team and Arena All-Star Team.
