Rusch is returning with the Capitales organization in 2011 after signing with the team last year for his first season in Quebec.

Rusch had an excellent season last year, reaching personal heights in wins, innings pitched, and strikeouts. He finished with an ERA of 3.29, and an 11-2 record for the year.

Before joining the Capitales last year, Rusch spent 5 years with the Detroit Tigers organization, playing with their A, AA, and AAA affiliated teams
