College: Ranks first in school history in career PATs (247) and career scoring for kickers (373) Julian Ranks #1 on ASU’s single-season list for scoring by a kicker (127 in 2007) and extra points (76 in 2007)
2007: Second-team All-America selection by The Sports Network. Earned first-team all-Southern Conference recognition from the league’s coaches and media. Finished second in the SoCon and tied for fifth nationally with 127 total points on the season. 8.47 points per game tied Julian for 20th in the nation. 17-21 on Field Goals on the season with an .809 FG percentage which is the second highest in school history.
2006: First-team all-Southern Conference place kicker as voted by the league’s coaches and second team by the SoCon media. Set school records at the time for kicking points (99), extra points (69), extra-point attempts (70) and consecutive extra points (61) in a season. Ranked ninth nationally in kick scoring (6.67 ppg.). Julian also handled kickoffs for App State that year in which 42-of-93 kickoffs (.452) went for touchbacks and the opponents’ average starting field position after a kickoff was its own 22..
2005: Made 58-of-59 extra points and 9-of-17 field goals for 85 points, good for second in the SoCon among kickers. When it mattered most Julian connected on all 18 kicks that he attempted in the playoffs (15 PATs and three field goals)...went 2-for-2 on field-goal attempts.
2004: Served as Appalachian’s starting place kicker all season. Ranked fourth in the SoCon in kicker scoring at 5.6 points per game. Julian led the league in extra-point percentage, converting 44-of-46 attempts on the season (.957)
