Tough, powerful, DT capable of holding the point of attack and re-establishing the LoS. Able to control his gap and attract double teams. Very intelligent, good technique, comprehends schemes quickly. Projects as NT or 1 technique DT. Excellent lower body strength, squats 585 lbs. Powerful and low base, extremely stout against power runs. High character, high motor, 4 year starter who doesn’t miss games and never takes a play off.
2011 – Started all 11 of William & Mary’s games, finished the year with 24 tackles and a tackle for loss. Totaled four tackles, all solo, in win against Villanova. Leader and anchor of W & M defense ranked 3rd in the CAA in Total Defense and Scoring and 4th in Rushing Defense.
2010 - Appeared in all 12 games with 11 starts. Finished the season with 34 tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss and a fumble recovery. Totaled a career-high five tackles and 0.5 TFL in the win at Old Dominion. Equaled his career-best tackle total with five stops at North Carolina and in the NCAA Playoff game against Georgia Southern. Recovered a fumble in win against Richmond.
2009 - Appeared in all 11 regular-season contests and earned six starts before missing the playoffs with an injury suffered in the Richmond game. Registered 20 total tackles, 2.0 tackles for a loss and a half sack. Recorded a season-high four tackles with a quarterback hurry in the win against New Hampshire. Posted a TFL in the triumph versus James Madison. Tallied three tackles and a half sack in the victory at Northeastern.
2008 - Started all 11 games at defensive tackle. Totaled 26 tackles and 0.5 tackles for a loss. Recorded a career-high five tackles in the win at New Hampshire. Made four stops in the victory against VMI. Tallied three tackles (all solo) in the win at Delaware. Registered three tackles in the season finale versus Richmond. Earned half tackle for a loss in the win at Towson.

First-Team All-Colonial District pick at guard and First-Team All-Metro at defensive tackle by Richmond Times-Dispatch in 2006 ...
