Full name Anthony Gerome Wells Jr., born November 18, 1988, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Parents are Anthony and Charmetra Wells. Relative of wide receiver  USFL Chicago Blitz, USFL Arizona Wranglers, NFL  San Diego Chargers, NFL Buffalo Bills Trumaine Johnson. Majoring in education concentrating on secondary physical education. Would love to coach in the NFL and become a head coach. Worked with brec football team in my neighborhood in 2009. Usher at my church Rock Zion Baptist Church. Did field experience at Southern Laboratory School. Volunteer as a camp counselor. Worked as a computer technician at State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, and Office of Computing Services. Worked as a Servant Leader for Freedom School, which I taught the kids the importance of reading and how to impress their feelings. Volunteer helping clean up Mid-City downtown Baton Rouge. Member of the Beta Club and National Honor Society. Winner of Capitol Middle School Science Fair Project. Have a little girl named Camryn Wells.  

 HIGH SCHOOL

Member of the basketball, football, track, and baseball. Played wide receiver, running back, quarterback, tight end, cornerback, safety, kick returner, punt returner, kicker, and punter.  Played pitcher, first baseman, second baseman, third baseman, and outfielder. Ran the open 200 meters, 4x2 meter relay, and  4x1 meter relay. Fastest time in the open 200 meters was 21.8 seconds. Started 3 years in high school. Second team all-district(2005), first team all-district(2006), second team All-State(2006), Louisiana All Regional Team(2006) second ranked corner in 2006 in Louisiana by rivals.com. invited to Nike combine in Forth Worth, Texas and Scout.com combine in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2006. Senior year had 80 tackles, four interceptions, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. 25 receptions, 300 yards receiving, and one touchdown, 250 rushing yards and five rushing touchdowns. Five yards passing and one passing touchdown. Played in the Red Stick Bowl All-Star game in 2006.

FRESHMAN SEASON

Played in all 11 games. 15 tackles and team high three block punts.

SOPHOMORE SEASON

Played in all 11 games. 30 tackles, one sack, two recovered fumbles, tackle for loss, one catch for 18 yards and team high two blocked punts.

JUNIOR SEASON

Started first four games. 25 tackles, one interception, team high two forced fumble, team high one blocked punt. Junior year was ended early cause of a torn acl.

SENIOR SEASON

 Played in 10 games and started four. Team high 50 tackles, team high one interceptions, team high three forced fumbles, sixth on team in tackle for losses, team high two blocked punts, five passes defend, four break ups, 98 yard two point conversion fumble return.
