Michael Hoss

I entered this field to help bring integrity to it. The athlete is the most important part of the athlete-agent dichotomy. Together athlete and agent learn and grow, and through adversity it strengthens the resolve of both. I believe in consulting the athlete before any decision is made concerning their career. Communication is a must have on both the agent & athletes part because without this nothing can be done. With the strong backing of SMWW and knowledge gained from their great tutelage, I will do my best for my clients. Nothing is guaranteed in life or sports but only with hard work can we get anywhere that is worth going or pursuing.

A little more on me, I was born in Elkhart Indiana where I lived until 2005 when my family moved to another town not far from there. My schooling includes highschool diploma and B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in journalism from Bethel College in Mishawaka Indiana in 2005. My athletic career includes highschool cross-country and four years of cross-country and three years of track in college. Participating in these practically year round sports taught me    a lot about discipline and getting things done in a timely matter.
