My name is Elvin Lackey, I was born January 14, 1977 in Shelby Mississippi.  I graduated from Coahoma Agricultural High School May 1995. I received two associate degrees from Coahoma Community College: General Busines and Social Worker.  I also received a Bachelors Degree in Christian Psychology in 2001 from Jacksonville Theological Seminary
