Persistence, persistence, persistence, this is the key to getting your athletes a good deal.  My relationships with my athletes are based on trust and communication.  I believe it is important not only to be a good agent to your clients but to also be their friend.   It is my job as an agent to ensure my clients get everything they deserve as an athlete and also as a person.  Success in sports is very important, however helping the athlete achieve success after sport is of greater importance.  Throughout my experiences I have found that integrity wins out in the end.

I have been involved in many negotiations and I feel I have a style that allows me to adapt to any situation, which helps me gain the respect and trust of the people that I am negotiating with.  It is my goal during negotiations to get the best deal possible for my clients, as I have high standards for my self and expect the same from my athletes.  The athletes’ best interest will always be my number one priority.
