Hello, my name is Brad Carlson and I am a Sports Agent Advisor with Sports Management World Wide. I believe wholeheartedly in fiduciary responsibility. I will ALWAYS give you 100 percent of my attention and effort when called upon. Professional athletes need to be surrounded by people who are looking out for their best interests. I will ALWAYS look out for your best interest whether it be related to your contract, endorsements, personal finances, and/or personal life. I will be more than just an agent advisor to you. I will be your friend and someone that you can ALWAYS trust.
My background includes many years in the sports related world. I have worked as a professional educator for the past 14 years as a Physical Education and Health Teacher in Chicago. I have coached at the High School Varsity level for each sport that I represent so you can trust that I have expertise, knowledge, and good judgment for this field. Besides working just at the High School Varsity level, I have worked on the big stage with Division 1 or other Professional Sports. I was a Student Basketball Coach for Northeastern Illinois University and also worked doing game day management under the direction of the Athletic and Marketing Director with basketball for Loyola University. I helped with game day management under the guidance of the Operations and Marketing Director of the XFL’s Chicago Enforcers. I have experience as a radio sports analyst from my college years at The University of Iowa and Northeastern Illinois University and was the Sports Editor of the University's newspaper. I was privileged to win an award from Chicago's National Public Radio Station for an interview that I did with former Chicago Bulls Head Coach Doug Collins At the lower levels in High School, I recruited one of the best golfers in Chicagoland and created a cooperative golf team that revolved around him so that he could compete. He ended up going downstate to the IHSA Finals, played in a professional PGA Pro-Am at Pebble Beach with Tom Watson on the Golf Channel, and received a full scholarship to the University of Illinois. I was also privileged to coach a golf team in an International Golf Tournament in Japan. My golfers will tell you that without my leadership they NEVER would have received the opportunity that they did. I was extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to help them. I want to help you as a professional client in the same manner as best as I can.
I currently am representing professional football players as a part time Sports Agent Advisor. During the past year and a half since I have started as a part time Sports Agent Advisor I have worked with numerous football players from top Division 1 BCS caliber programs across the nation. These programs include the Universities of Ohio State, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Iowa State, Texas, Southern Mississippi, Northwestern, Marshall, Army, Central Michigan, Georgia Southern and others. I will continue to commit my time and demonstrate my abilities to work with players with the ultimate goal of signing them to NFL, UFL, and/or CFL contracts in the future.
If you are questioning why you should hire a Physical Education Teacher as your Sports Agent Advisor when there are plenty of other “professionals” out there, I will be glad to tell you why. You can TRUST me and you can trust the Sports Management World Wide team. I have worked and negotiated deals in real estate here in Chicago and I also have experience working on the trading floor of the Chicago Options Exchange. I will be a strong advocate in helping you get the best deal that works for YOU. I will be a positive influence in your corner and my knowledge in this field will work to your advantage. My ability to work and negotiate a well structured contract in your best interest will be a strength and definitely work in your favor. If there is ever a question or something that you may want to double check, we have an outstanding team of individuals that I work with at our home office in Portland, Oregon that will assist you. Our company President, Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and /or our Football Operations Director Marcus Williams can follow up with anything that you may have a question about.
To let you know how committed I am to this, I had previously earned 15 credit hours towards another Master's Degree in Physical Education. After finishing my training in an SMWW course with Dr. Lashbrook in June of 2009, I decided that I liked the Sports Agent field so much that I put the first Master's Degree on hold. I have now graduated with a Master’s Degree in Sports Leadership through Concordia University of Chicago with an A average. This education will allow me to continue to become an even better professional Sports Agent Advisor that will work in your favor. If you would like any personal references please feel free to contact me and I will be glad to provide you with some excellent ones. You may also feel free to contact any of my current clients. I look forward to speaking with you and discussing your goals and current situation.
LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!
