I am a former national football/soccer player, so I do understand players need. Also, I have been coaching youth soccer for more than 9 years. I always, tried to advice players to be honest and realistic about their ability, but at the same time I want them to be ambitious. If a player has confidence to go to the next level, then he must prove it and I will be happy to work with him. However, before any agreement I must see player in action. I prefer to watch games, but video will be fine at first. The bottom line, in order for me to do SMWW presentation, you must show and convince me on the soccer field.
